Lead Landscaper
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance commercial and residential outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain landscapes, gardens, and lawns
- Irrigate plants and trees as needed
- Perform tree care, including pruning and removal
- Groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and tidy
- Provide lawn care services: mowing, edging, fertilizing, etc.
- Supervise and lead a team of landscaping professionals
- Grow the Landscape Maintenance division with excellence
Qualifications:
- Customer focused
- Proven experience in Commercial & Residential landscapes
- Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, installations
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles
- You know and understand how to care for desert landscapes in all weather
- Ability to lead, nurture, and supervise a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain outdoor spaces
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to drive a truck with a hitched trailer
- You are bilingual (English & Spanish)
- You have reliable transportation
